We fundamentally believe in reinforcing the link between our produce, its production and the food we cook and eat. Growing our own products at KoKyu Farm enables us to take command over the diversity, freshness and accessibility of the seasons bounty.
Our farm is small but robust. We have a total area of one acre planted at Good Hope Farms, managed entirely by KoKyu staff, employees and volunteers. Part production for our restaurants, part experimental farming but always rooted in tradition. We focus on regenerative and sustainable agriculture practices.
